Purush - if you look at the post dates from the thread (just above the main text for each entry), you will see that these were posted in 2011. It is reasonably likely that the website no longer exists. If you want a reliable protocols website, try protocol-online.org (i.e. the parent site for this one), some of the protocols are outdated though. Openwetware.org has a good range too.

Of course protocol-online.org, but beyond that, the best is vadlo website.
