the sound of music was "la novicia rebelde" in Mexico. I heard that "Braindead" was called something like "tu madre se comio mi perro" in Spain, is that true? that would be hillarious!

Thats right, in Mexico that was the name. In Spain was even more weird...
Braindead its called "Tu madre se ha comido a mi perro" (your mom ate my dog) in Spain!! jajajajaajajaj thats a really good title!!

Braindead in german is: "Braindead – Der Zombie-Rasenmähermann" (i.e. Braindead - the zombie lawn-mower man)
those idiots like it to add silly and useless German appendices in many films and you first think its a cheap comedy or just crap, another example: Tremors
here it's "Tremors - Im Land der Raketen-Würmer" (i.e. Tremors - in the land of rocket worms)
Actually both films are quite good, around 7.5/10
Anyway the English people can also create strange titles such as Love's a Bitch (= Amores perros)...
