Slide adherence for apoptotic fibroblasts - (Sep/26/2005 )

If I am growing fibroblasts in welled culture slides, then inducing apoptosis with UV irradiation, how can I get those little buggers to readhere to the slide for immunofluorescent staining? Is there a way I can spin them onto a slide or cover slip in a centrifuge?

Have you access to a cytospin machine? It is exactly what you need. Suspension cells can be spun onto a slide where they will be stuck for further histological and immunological analyses ... If you don't have one in your lab a local pathology or research lab in a hematology department should definitely have one.
