Culture medium for MCF-10A - (Sep/13/2005 )

I will buy MCF 10A cell line from ATCC, and I wonder what type of cultre medium I should use. I read specification from ATCC but for me it seems to be a little strange. What do you think about it? What kinde of medium you usually use, please help me!!!!

MCF10A culture medium:

DMEM/F12 with 15 mM hepes buffer
5% horse serum
10 ug/ml insulin
20 ng/ml EGF
100 ng/ml choleratoxin
0.5 ug/ml hydrocortisone
pen/strep

And the reference:

we omit the cholera toxin and they seem to grow fine
