DNA binding site of a protein - how can i predict? (Aug/25/2005 )

I only have a protein sequence, and want to know whether this protein is binding to DNA or not.
Is there any software or Web-tool to predict it? (Possibly for free)

Thank you for your help in advance.

have you compared your sequence with some DNA-binding proteins (transcription factors) to search for some homology?

you will find some interesting tools on these web sites:

Thank you. tryptofan.
The Expasy has a lot of useful links, and those were helpful.
Don't Inforbiogen have English site?
