Cell permeabilisation strategies - (Aug/24/2005 )
Can anyone suggest a good protocol for detecting/ staining intracellular proteins in immunoflouresence i.e. in terms of permeabilising the cells to allow antibodies in to access their targets.
Will be using epithelial cells and fibroblasts.

can use a combo of 4% paraformaldehyde + 0.1% Triton OR
PF + Methanol OR
PF + Acetone OR
Methnol alone....
I personaly prefer the PF trition combo
