I just try redasoft visual cloning, it's interface looks colorful, but this software can not recognise enzyme site which cross the two ends of a plasmid.

What are you talking about? I just tried it and it works fine. Actually, it can find more enzymes than most other tools out there, incluing WebCutter. Try it yourself.

I did not like that program.
If you are looking for an alternative I would recomend pDRAW32 (http://www.acaclone.com) or if you have a Mac you may be able to use the Vector NTI from Invitrogen.

Vector NTI is not Mac only -- see here. It is free.

What is it you're trying to accomplish? There are a lot of freeware/shareware programs out there -- there's no real need to buy a commercial program...

Maybe it's just a configuration thing, these software can be pretty complicated
