Kex1 from Yeast - Please give me infrmation! (Aug/22/2005 )

Hi all,
Now I am interesting in the Kex1 peptidase. I know that the Kex1 is a
putative protease with a carboxypeptidase B-like function. Who could give me
more information about it? And may I could use Kex1 to replace
carboxypeptidase B to process proinsulin to get active insulin?
