Finding mRNA and EST in Unigene - (Aug/15/2005 )

I have set of promoter from EPD (EUKARYOTIC PROMOTER DATABASE) such as
HS_OAS1 ,HS_DHFR ,HS_TK1 ,HS_ADA ,HS_DNTT ,HS_TOP3A ,HS_ASS
HS_ARG1 ,HS_OAT ,HS_TH ,HS_BCKDHA ,HS_HDC ,HS_NOS2A ,HS_HMGCR
HS_LCAT ,HS_UROD ,HS_AKR1C1 ,HS_ALDOB ,HS_TPI1 ,HS_PGK1 ,HS_G6PD
HS_LIPC ,HS_PLAU ,HS_PROC ,HS_F9 ,HS_BF ,HS_REN ,HS_PEPA_A ,HS_PEPA_B
HS_PGC ,HS_MMP1 ,HS_MMP9 ,HS_MMP2 ,HS_MMP3 ,HS_MMP7 ,HS_AMY1A ,HS_AMY2A_A
HS_AMY2A_B ,HS_CYP1A1_A ,HS_CYP1A1_B ,HS_CYP17A1 ,HS_CYP21A2 ,HS_ALDH2
HS_SOD1 ,HS_CA3 ,HS_CA2 ,HS_CKB ,HS_ACP2

[These are ID in EPD that Organism = Human, Taxonomy = Enzyme]

and I want to find mRNA and EST, which correspond with set of promoter (show above).
How should i find mRNA and EST from Unigene?

You go to Unigene and type in the second half of the name (ie leave off HS_) I tried with your first query (OAS1), and it was the first thing on the list....
