Staining targets for CTL with CFDA.SE - Can one stain dendritic cells with CFDA.SE as targ (Aug/04/2005 )
I have a question. I would like to use monocyte derived DC's and label them with CFDA.SE to use them as targets for CTL. First question:
1- HAs anyone done CTL with CFDA.SE labeled targets? if so, is there a good protocol?, what kind of cells were used as targets?
2. Has anyone labeled dendritic cells with CFDA.SE
3- HAs anyone labled Dc with Cr51 and got good labeing
