Need help with transfection before get crazy - Primary human lymphocytes (Aug/01/2005 )
Hey!
Please you have to help me, Im getting crazy with my cells. I tried to transfect my cells, primary human lymphocytes with siRNA, eGFP, and DNA. So far no good results. Or the transfection efficiency is very very low, or cells are death. I have tried different methods. Starting from electroporation, Dextran/DEAE, Lipofectamine. Has anyone working with those hard to transfect cells or can give me some advices.

maybe it will be easier and more efficient to just infect? as far as i know that might be the only way for difficult cells..
