I plan to purchase Chemicon CpGenome modification kit.What's the difference between bisulfite modification manually and modification with kit?If modification with kit,it can decrease the DNA sample loss? or modification with kit is just more convenient?

I know for the methyleasy kit, it is both!!

I am sure you can check out the chemicon kit on their website.

Certainly for methyleasy, you obtain the same amount of DNA as what you originally started with!

Do you recommend going with a kit for bisulfite treatment nick? Or is the agarose bead modified bisulite treatment better? I've heard pros and cons to both sides and was wondering what your opinion was.
