Migration Assay - Easy to use assay!!! (Jun/21/2005 )

Hello everybody,
does anybody know about a easy protocol for migration assay that is not under the agarose and Wound Healing assay?
I need a cheap and easy assay to apply to 96 wells plate.

You can use 96 well MultiScreen-MIC plates (Millipore, USA) composed of a 96 well filter plate (8m pore size) and a 96 tear-drop well plastic receiver plate housed in a single well tray with lid. Filters plates are sterile and can be coated overnight (4C).

Matrigel and a transwell plate works pretty well.
