NCBI Build 34 and NCBI Build 35 - (Jun/21/2005 )

Hi.
Does anybody know the difference between these two (NCBI build 34 and 35)?
I wish to know how to convert the position of gene in the genome based on NCBI build 34 to NCBI build 35.

Thank you for the help.

Best regards,

I don`t thinkl u can find a general relation of position between these two versions. coz many gaps distributed randomly and size differently in old version was compensated. u don`t know it well.

Well , twice BLAT alignment to two builds can accurately position your sequence .
