How to analyze a gene sequence? - (Jun/08/2005 )

I have the sequence for the ER alpha gene, but I want to find the map of the gene with its domains (i.e. DNA binding domain, restriction sites, NLS etc.). I know that there are program where you can paste the sequence and it analyzes it.
Does anybody know what can I do?

thank you very much
