What media used to dissolve polysaccharide extracts??? - What media should i used to dissolve the polysacch (May/17/2005 )

Hi, currently i have a few polysaccharide extracts, but i find it hard to dissolve in the DMSO or ethanol?Then, what medium should i try on??

Polysaccharides are water soluble so try dissolving it in water! If the experiment you are performing requires sterile conditions then dissolve it in deionized water and then filter through a 0.22 um membrane.
