24-well plate - 6 well plate scale up - (May/09/2005 )

Hi all,

I know how many cells to seed into a 24 well plate (n=100,000) for my experiment, but i want to try it in a 6 well plate. Does anyone know the scale up factor that i need to calculate how many cells to use.
