Normalizing Macroarray Data - How to do it ? (May/06/2005 )

Hi all,

I posted my question elsewhere but, no response. I hope to have some ideas here.

I'm doing RNA/DNA hybridization using macroarray but, I don't know what is the better way to analyse and processing the obtained data.

I'd appreciated any help about how to normalize and analysis Macroarray Data ?

I'm using Macroarray and radiolabeling system. I think there is a little differenc between Microarray and Macroarray data processig, as 2 dyes are used in Microarray and just one radiolabeled is used in Macroarray.

I didn't find any description for Macroarray analysis?!! all references are for µarray ?!!

I'm desperate for any help ?!!

I am doing Macoarray. I always normalize the datas as percent (%) of the total sum of signals in one array membrane or as the ratio of each spots to the housekeeping genes.
