Differentiating Hep G2 Cells - (May/05/2005 )

Hi there,

I posted a topic about Hep G2 cells a while back and got many replies for culturing them - thank you very much.

Now I have another question: How do you differentiate them? Do they need any growth factors?

Please can you let me know asap, I would be really grateful.

Please, if anyone knows how you differentiate HEP G2 cells, you would be a life saver!!

Or are they already differentiating???
