What is the difference between tissue microarray and cDNA microarray?

Im tissue microarrays each spot in an array represent small portion of histological section of the tissue.

cDNA microarrays are spotted with cDNAs, typically EST's.

Oligo arrays represent small oligos ~60 nucleotides.
