Primer3 - (Apr/27/2005 )

have you guys used the online software "Primer3"? I tried to use it to design primers for bisulphite sequencing. I pasted the sequence with CpG marked with <CG> and set the parameters "primer size", "product size" and "primer tm" and then clicked the buttton "pick primer". However, it failed to get the primers and it said "INPUT PROBLEM: Too many elements for tag EXCLUDED_REGION". What's wrong with my settings? Have anyone come across this problem? Thx

try methprimer, it is based on primer3 and designed specifically for methylation analysis.
