Information about cell lines - (Apr/25/2005 )

hi, there

I don't know where to find the complete information about some specific cell lines, like prostate cancer cell lines, specifically the loss of some genes. Do you know any website providing such complete information?

Thanks! Have a nice day! smile.gif

You can find most prostate cell line info on atcc.org such as LNCaP, PC-3, Du145, RWPE-1 and more. Just search by 'prostate' or individual cell name. There is information regarding expression status of some genes (not all) such as AR, ERs... for thoese cells.
