Transfection of CAPAN-1 - Transfection of CAPAN-1 (Apr/15/2005 )

What is the best transfection method for CAPAN-1 cell lines? I have tried lipofectamine2000 without results. Any other suggestions?

I have done transient transfection on another related PANC-1 line using GenCarrier-1 with very satisfactory results. You may want to try it out. Good luck.
