any cDNA websites? - (Apr/09/2005 )

Hi,
Theoretically speaking, I plan to take cDNA from an mRNA sequence I have and amplify it in an E. coli expression system and express the protein.

But are there any websites that would find the cDNA sequence for the mRNA sequence I have? I'm sure there are some out there, but have been having trouble finding them. I want to be able to copy/paste my mRNA sequence and allow the website to find the cDNA sequence for me. By the way, this is mRNA from human gene, so there are introns, but hoping that the cDNA will cut these out.

Thanks for any help.

what's the difference for you you between mRNA and cDNA ?
mRNA is cDNA in somewhat ! usually, mRNA is manipulated or cloned under cDNA form.

mRNAs are converted into cDNAs, because cDNAs are more stable than mRNA while manipulation.

try DNA strider
or Artemis

simple google research
