How many cells I need for proteomics of human cells - (Jan/07/2005 )
I am going to do some proteomics research of human cell. I am going to use 2-D gel electrophoresis followed by MS. Since I do not have too much cells, I want to know a roughly number. Anyone can recomand me at least how many cells do I need?
