DRG Culture - (Jan/12/2009 )
I'm working in a new lab trying to grow neurons from rat dorsal root ganglia for lentiviral transfection. We're having trouble getting high enough cell density and I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions. I use Roche Blendzyme and trypsin for digest and usually pool 6 ganglia on a 4-well plate. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
