protein sequence data base - MS/MS (Dec/19/2008 )
hi every one,
i am facing a problem......problem is i have done MS/MS for my protein sample.i got m/z values...but i dnt know how to proceed further....my friend told that by know m/z values we can predict the protein sequence.is it true? and can i know which online tool is used for this.
kindly help me in this regard,

I am not expert in this, but you can perhaps find here some good MS online tools (or mass spectrometry tools) and mass spectrometry databases for MS/MS analysis.
