Need human cells for a science fair project - (Dec/13/2008 )

We are doing a science fair project...but we need some material which seem diificult to find, but we don't want to give up easily...so if anyone could help it would be sooo appreciated.

We need
1. bovine pulmonary artery endothelial cells
2. human colon colorectol adenocarcinoma cells mellow.gif
3. human prostrate carcinoma cells

I know these seem like too much, but this project was posted on a science fair project website, and others have done it so, that means that they must have gotten these cells from somewhere...but i don't have the faintest idea as to where to begin, can anyone help us or direct us in the right direction?

Can you tell us what your project is? Do you have the equipment, supplies and medium to culture the cells? Where are you located and will you pay the cost of shipping?

As Lori K indicated, the cell lines are all available commercially, but can you buy them? And if you can, do you have the facilities/equipment/supplies to keep them alive? Tell us more about your project, we can help...

The experiment is to determine the effects of nicotine on cancer cell and endothelial cell proliferation and the potential affect of nicotine on tumor growth. My science teacher and my uncle who has access to University of Michigan labs will be helping me in this...please if you can help me in getting the material i would be very grateful.
