restriction enzymes that cut at methylated cytosines - (Dec/09/2008 )

Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a restriction enzyme that cuts exclusively at methylated cytocines
but not at unmethylated citosines?
thanks

DpnI cuts only methylated DNA and not unmethylated DNA
(used in quickhange mutations experiment, to cut parental DNA)

I think McrBC is methylation dependent. This is available at NEB,

the sequence specificity is a little loose and not as stringent as your normal resetriction enzymes
