Specific Activity help - (Dec/05/2008 )

I'm having trouble with this question. Any help would be awesome. Thanks.

Which info is not needed to determine the specific activity of an enzyme?

a) Vmax
cool.gif [s]>>>[e]
c) Initial reaction velocity
d) Concentration of protein
e) that the enzyme is working at its optimal pH

I'm thinking its E, but I can't find why you would need D as well.

specific activity is activity/amount of protein (usually mg protein) determined at saturating substrate. you may be able to figure the rest from here.
