hai...
i would like to analyze the hormone level in leave.
so, how should i store the leave for long time storage?
can freeze dry?
after freeze dry then store at chiller?
would the temperature degrade the hormone?

Repeated freeze-thawing would degrade the hormone but a single exposure should be fine. It would probably be better to extract before storeage, though. is that an option?

It also depends on the hormone. Some hormones are peptides, which are quite sensitive. Others, for example steroids, are on the other hand quite sturdy. Without more details it is a bit difficult to give advice...
