Hi everyone,
I need help with right dilution.
Can anyone tell me how to do right dulition line which must be 1:50,1:100,1:150,1:200,1:500,1:1000,1:1500,1:200.

I need to know what amount must be in reaction, i.e. amount of water and amount of samples…all in µL.

Hi Ivuska
It is very simple. wehn the dilution is 1:10 it means simply one part of your sample say any solution and 9 parts of water or any other solvent. same applies to 1:100 say 1 ml of chemical and 99 ml of water. And so on I hope it will answer your question.
