I m looking for beta galactosidase, xylanase, chitinase and keratinase. can anyone help me with the right procedure? i need to know how to prepare media, inoculation, and how to know if there is enzyme activity? thanks in avance.

The paper you read probably has a reference to a method. Also, try the Advances in Enzyme Regulation or the Advances in Enzymology series. You'll get them online.
