Hi....

I have a query regarding semi-preparative HPLC.I have run a sample in Analytical column and obtained 2 peaks.Inorder to collect both the peaks, should i follow the same protocol in semi-prep also? Should i have to increase the flow rate or follow the same as in analytical ?

the semi-prep column is bigger so the flow rate and the fraction size should be increased proportionately.
