Searching for an alternative Housekeeping protein - tried GAPDH and beta-actin (Nov/14/2008 )
hallo,
in my mouse samples both housekeeping proteins are regulated. does any of you recommend an alternative antibody to use? i also stained transfered proteins via amidoblack staining on membrane to get a view of protein amounts, don´t know how sensitive this is!

you can try lamin, histone H2b, beta tubulin etc.
