Discrepany between capillary and venous blood - (Nov/05/2008 )

Could anyone give me a clue why Hb, RBC and PCV are slightly higher in capillary blood? Could it be due to the pH differences in the venous and capillary blood? And why leucocyte counts can be significally higher in capillary blood?

think about the source of blood to those vessels and their purpose.
