Auxin - gene marker? (Nov/04/2008 )

Hi

I am looking for a auxin marker. And I need it to be only for auxin.....most of the genes I've looking respond also to BL and ET treatment....
any idea? unsure.gif

DR5 promoter or IAA2 are often use as auxin marker.

check out this paper. They did microarray analysis after treatment with different plant hormones.
