Gene onthology software - (Oct/24/2008 )

I have a set of 1500 yeast proteins (both SwissProt and SGD names) and I would like to sort them according to their functions (or other parameters like cellular localization or other physico-chemical properties). Is there a freely accessible software for this?

...but I'm not sure if GO supports yeast data.
