Does anyone have advice regarding how to increase signal intensity for flowcytometry. I currenly use a secondary conjugated to an Alex488

1. primary antibody (lets say rat anti CD11b)
2. secondary antibody : biotin anti Rat.
3. third antibody : Alex488 anti biotin.
