Huh7 cell line growth problem - cells are not growing well (Oct/12/2008 )
After thawing our Huh7 cells from liquid nitrogen, they seem not to grow plus all of them do not attach to the flask. I am using DMEM high glucose, supplemented with 2 mM l-glutamine, 100 U of penicillin/ml, 100 μg of streptomycin/ml, and 10% fetal bovine serum.

hi, i have been going thru the same problem!!! i'm sure of that my cells are not dead, i can see their morphology as well as increased amount of cell's number. i posted my doubt here, hope someone help me out!!
