MLR - Mixed Lymphocyte Reaction (Oct/07/2008 )

Hey guys is there any info on here about the theory behind MLR? Had a bit of a search but couldnt find anything. Just trying to read up/polish up on as much as i can before this little presentation i have to give in a few days.

Any links or anything useful to broaden my horizon would be great but i dont expect much.
