Infinium MEthylation Array Validation - (Oct/02/2008 )

HI,

I am just about to trial the Illumina Infinium methylation platform. What validation methods are people using to test the results of this platform and how are you ensuring that enough DNA is bisulfite converted prior to placement on the array, for future validation studies? Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe it´s too late, but anyway. We have tryed the GoldenGate methylation assay from Illumina and we quantified the samples using picogreen.
To validate the results we used bisulfite sequencing.
