Do you re-use Poly-L-Lysine? - How do you use it? (Sep/19/2008 )

Do you re-use Poly-L-Lysine???

I add 300-400 ul to a cover glass in a 35mm plate, let 1 h at 37C, and then then throw it. Is it ok?

I wander if I could collect and re-use it??

Is it work?? How many times could I re-use it???

Thanks in advance!!! smile.gif

yes, you can reuse ~3 - 5 times

Normally, I would coat a batch of slides in a tank...then another batch of slides...then another...

Hope this may help.

I think it's 10mg in 100ml of water, if I'm not mistaken. correct me if I'm wrong.
