where can I know the isoelectric pH of the following proteins? - (Aug/31/2008 )

Dear all,

I would like to know the isoelectric point (pI) of the following proteins,

1. Trypsin;
2. Cytochrome c; and
3. bovine serum albumin


Where can I find such information?

assuming bovine (because of the albumin) you can get the information from these sigma data sheets (pdf):

cytochrome c

trypsin

bsa

keep in mind that they may be different from different sources (tissues, species).
