Amyloid Beta fibril formation - (Aug/20/2008 )

Hi

Just wanted to know if anyone knows the fastest way to produce mature fibrils of A beta 1-40 of A beta 1-42

Thanks

As you know A beta 1-42 forms fibrils much quicker than 1-40. The fastest way.. huh.. guess its already fast enough to form fibrils.. Its quite difficult to slow down the fibril formation to get the oligomers. I don't know the quickest way to get.. never interested to know that.

Good luck..

Found a paper that answers all my questions and will give me fibrils fast most people are working to slow down fibril formation to detect intermediates so papers like the one i found are hard to come by!!
