native PKA assay - (Aug/15/2008 )

Hi,

I'm interested in assaying the activity of PKA present in my cell line +/- drugs. Is there a commerically available kit or a reliable assay to do this?

do you like to follow it online in living cells or is time-point analysis enough? you may measure PKA activity of cell lysates with dedicated peptides (kemptide) and radioactive ATP...
