Zymolyase treatment of yeast cell - (Aug/13/2008 )

Hello,

could anybody shows me an image of the yeast cells (S. cerevisiae) that are partially digested by zymolyase treatment, the cells that are digested just right and the overdigested cells? I did not find a publication that could show the images like this.
