I'm using Sep-pak c18 column for hormon isolation, However, i'm confused about the capacity of c 18. What is the amount of hormon that a sep-pak column can isolate.

Please help me out.

depends on the size of the column and the binding sites per g of matrix; please ask the provider or manufacturer
