tissue flask - (Aug/06/2008 )

Hello there,
may i ask you plz? I have got a problem when i cultured K-562 cell line in tissue cultue flask , the cell became adherent , which is not usual. Is there any recommended flask i should use?

An inverted microscope is a microscope with its light source and condenser on the top, above the stage pointing down, while the objectives and turret are below the stage pointing up. Is types of microscope has anything to do with cells become adherent or types of flask we use?
I don't see any help here
