Hi I am starting to study MB, can you sugest me some e-books as introduction to it?

MB is a big area so it depends on whether you are after theory or practical lab skills.

For practical lab instructions try the Molecular Cloning Manual by Sambrook, Fritsch and Maniatis.
Absolutely brilliant book as a reference for particular MB experiments.

If you are specifically interested in cloning a recombinant protein for protein expression look at the pET vector manual from the Novagen website as that covers a lot of different E.coli strains, expression vectors and the cloning and purification instructions in this manual are often generally applicable even if you choose to use another companies products.
